Our bags

Every bag is handmade, so each one is a little bit unique. Small differences in colour, size, and stitching are part of the charm, not a fault. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in real life.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll confirm by email once it's accepted. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error) and we'll refund you fully if we do.

Prices & payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change over time. Payment is taken securely through Stripe at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through.

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refunds & Returns Policy — please have a read, they're part of these terms.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, copy our content, or try to break things. The photos, text, and designs here belong to us.

Our promise (and the legal bit)

We do our best to describe our bags accurately and ship them safely. To the extent allowed by law, we can't be held liable for indirect or unexpected losses, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
